Last week was a busy one for 42talents. Besides the usual work, advising companies on their software developments, Patrick Baumgartner attended three events in three days:
On Tuesday he held a workshop with co-host Peter Gfader at DevOpsDays Zurich. The workshops subject was „Why testing is fundamentally different in agile than in classic projects“ and it was fully booked. „It was interesting to see so many new faces“, said Baumgartner after the event.
On Wednesday evening, he went on to attend a software-crafters-meetup in Zurich. The workshop he organized started at 6PM and was held by author Jacopo Romei. The Italian talked about his book „Extreme Contracts“. Just like the day before, the room was packed with interested crafters.
On Thursday, Baumgartner attended his first general meeting of SwissICT as a member of the Lean, Agile & Scrum working group. The meeting took place at the SRF-sports-studio. Here are some impressions of last week’s events.
